Good Day Pottery is teaming up with our friends at Weird & Well Counseling for our next monthly workshop! Our “Paint, Create, Regulate” workshops will focus on creative expression and reflection.  At our August Workshop we’ll be painting “Releasing Control” projects.

When: Tuesday, August 18th, 6-8:30PM - please be on time so you don’t miss any instructions!

Where: Good Day Pottery & Art Studio party room (3820 Dave Ward Dr, Ste 1000)

What: We’ll hang with therapists from Weird & Well Counseling while we focus on mindfulness and releasing control. We’ll choose our emotional anchor symbols, and then use fun & easy painting techniques including masking & splattering to incorporate these elements into a personalized project.

Stuff To Know: Pieces & prices vary. Projects start at $10 (plus tax).  No experience needed, just bring your good intentions & have a good time with us at Good Day! You'll learn new techniques, meet new people, and have FUN doing something new.
